On the afternoon of February 15, the General Meeting of All Party Members of the Guichuan Technology Party Branch was held at the Tianjin New City Center. Party Branch Secretary Li Shuqi, Organization Committee Member Chang Shuang, and Propaganda Committee Member Li Lanyu attended the meeting. Relevant officials from the Zhongbei Town Party Building Office were present to provide guidance, and all Party members of the branch attended the meeting.

The meeting heard the "2022 Party Building Work Report," summarized the achievements and shortcomings of Party building work in 2022, and proposed future work plans and measures.

Adhering to a Collective Approach

The entire company has closely centered its efforts on ideological and political development as the core, continuously enhancing ideological awareness and thoroughly advancing key tasks:

First, we formulated a study plan and refined its implementation through group assignments.

At the beginning of the year, a plan to strengthen ideological and political study for 2022 was formulated, disseminated to all Party study groups within the company, and organized in an orderly manner according to the schedule. The system of monthly centralized Party study sessions was steadily advanced, with Party study group leaders and department heads working in concert to strengthen the ideological and political education of Party members.

Second, we pursued multi-dimensional innovation to enrich the content and formats of our learning activities.

Keeping pace with current trends and capitalizing on the youthful and creative nature of our Party members, the company’s Party branch has proposed innovative approaches to ideological development. We have introduced diverse learning formats, including centralized study sessions, group-based learning, field trips, and film screenings.

Third, we are strengthening professional skills to serve as a driving force.

We continuously improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of Party members across different departments, strengthen on-the-job training, and enhance their ability to coordinate and resolve work-related issues.

Adhering to the Principle of Learning, Reflecting, Practicing, and Gaining Insight

We have thoroughly studied and grasped the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, guiding all Party members to engage in education and study on the spirit of the 20th National Congress.

First, we will boost enthusiasm for learning. Using monthly Party branch meetings as a platform, we will continue to deepen the thematic education on Party members’ learning, focusing on a thorough study and understanding of the spirit of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China.

At the same time, the Party branch secretary will take the lead in delivering Party lectures to promote the normalization of Party members’ education and learning, effectively guiding the company’s Party members to demonstrate a pragmatic spirit in their work, shoulder their historical mission, and strive tirelessly;

Second, we have enhanced the highlights of our activities. The Guchuan Technology Party Branch has integrated revolutionary resources to organize rich and diverse Party member education activities through a five-pronged approach of “singing, speaking, listening, watching, and touring.” We have visited revolutionary education bases across the country, shared revolutionary stories, sung revolutionary songs, and watched revolutionary performances.

Since the steady advancement of Party member education and training, the vast majority of Party members have gained a deeper sense of responsibility and mission, truly integrating education and training into their daily work and applying the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress to their practical duties.

Adhering to Pragmatism and Responsibility

As a service provider for regional economic development, the company faces new challenges in the new era. It has mobilized all Party members to demonstrate a spirit of practical action and proactive engagement, taking further strides in advancing industrial transformation and upgrading. The Shanghai Xincheng Guichuan Smart Manufacturing Industrial Community has successfully reached its topping-out stage and will focus on attracting high-tech enterprises, primarily in advanced manufacturing, to create a hub for high-tech industries.

To date, the Guichuan TIS system has consulted on over 890,000 projects and successfully implemented more than 7,000. By continuously expanding project sourcing channels and advancing the digital transformation of investment promotion, we are strengthening the industrial foundation for high-quality regional development. We provide high-quality project resources to our partners, facilitating the establishment of high-end manufacturing projects such as Hengtong Group, East China Xinhua, Osma CNC, and American Aofu, thereby gathering momentum for regional development.
At the same time, Guchuan actively responds to the national "Rural Revitalization Strategy" by investing in, constructing, and operating the "Three Parks and One Headquarters" public welfare project. This initiative aims to create a new eco-friendly office hub, fully leverage the company’s role, and promote the economic development of rural areas.
In 2022, Guchuan established new company branches in Taiyuan, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hefei, Guiyang, and other locations. Leveraging its investment promotion service network spanning 20 cities nationwide, the company continues to deepen its engagement with regional economies.
