Recently, China Railway Construction Corporation announced that the Fujiang Road Station of the Tianjin Metro Line 8 Extension Project has successfully passed the pre-construction inspection. This marks Fujiang Road Station as the first station in the project to commence construction and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent full-scale construction.

The Tianjin Metro Line 8 Extension Project (from Lvshui Park to Zhongbei Town) runs westward from Zhongbei Town in Xiqing District to Lvshui Park in Nankai District, following Zhongbei Avenue, Jieyuan West Road, Yan’an Road, and Ya’an Road. Upon completion, it will closely connect Zhongbei Town with the city’s six urban districts, continuously attracting industrial resources such as talent, capital, and technology, and promoting the high-quality economic and social development of Zhongbei Town.
