Park Overview
The Guichuan High-Tech · Qingguang Industrial Park is located within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industrial Park of the Beichen Development Zone, situated in Qingguang Town, Beichen District, Tianjin. The project covers an area of 197 mu (approximately 131,333 square meters), with a total floor area of 116,000 square meters, a floor area ratio of 0.88, and a green space ratio of 20%.
It is 5 kilometers from the city center (measured from the Outer Ring Road); 25 kilometers from Tianjin Airport; 60 kilometers from the Port of Tianjin; and 110 kilometers from Beijing. Adjacent to the Jinbao Expressway, the Jingfu National Highway, and Jinyong Road, the park boasts a superior geographical location and strategic advantages.
Guchuan Goes All Out to Boost Industrial Development
In June 2020, Guichuan entered into a partnership with Qingguang Village in Qingguang Town, marking the official launch of the Guichuan High-Tech · Qingguang Industrial Park and signifying the establishment of Guichuan High-Tech Industrial Park in Beichen District, Tianjin.
During operations, Guichuan United has assigned a dedicated project team to the park, established a scientific performance evaluation system and a project service progress monitoring system to ensure the successful implementation of investment projects. Meanwhile, upholding the corporate values of “Innovative Execution, Setting Global Standards Together,” the company fully leverages divergent thinking to identify and match projects from multiple perspectives, including geographical and policy advantages.
Leveraging its professional team and a database of over 410,000 project resources, Guchuan United has invited more than 200 enterprises to conduct on-site visits to the park. Notably, the company has organized group tours for over 20 enterprises on multiple occasions, receiving an extremely enthusiastic response during these visits. These efforts not only deepened the enterprises’ understanding of the industrial park but also facilitated in-depth engagement between the companies and the park, ultimately promoting the successful implementation of projects within the park.
