On September 1, Yan Xueying, Deputy Secretary of the Dongying District Committee and District Governor of Dongying City, led a delegation to visit Guichuan United. The petroleum equipment manufacturing industry accounts for more than one-third of the national total, and its high-end petroleum equipment industrial cluster has been recognized as a provincial-level leading industrial cluster and one of the province’s first “goose-formation” industrial clusters. “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation” platforms such as the Yellow River Delta Big Data Port, Shengli University Student Entrepreneurship Park, Shengli Innovation Incubator, and the China Academy of Oil and Gas Technology Blue Horse Incubator are thriving;The district is rich in talent resources and possesses immense potential for technological innovation and consumption upgrading; with the convergence of “favorable timing, geographical advantage, and human harmony,” Dongying District’s prospects are exceptionally bright.

Since 2020 , Dongying District has prioritized investment promotion as its “top-priority project” for driving development. Embracing the new mission of “re-launching entrepreneurship and leading the way,” the district is committed to establishing itself as a nationally significant high-end petroleum equipment manufacturing base, a renowned national petroleum cultural city,and the Yellow River Delta Regional Innovation Center. It has targeted Fortune Global 500 companies, China’s Top 500 enterprises, China’s Top 500 private enterprises, flagship enterprises with outstanding comprehensive strength both domestically and internationally, “hidden champions” in niche sectors, and unicorn companies in the high-tech sector, formulating personalized and attractive policy measures.

In June of this year, Dongying District and GuChuan United officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Through the joint efforts of both parties, the collaboration has begun to yield results. At the symposium, General Manager Zhuang introduced the basic profile and investment promotion strengths of Guchuan United, and outlined the cooperative vision and direction for collaboration with Dongying District.He stated that in the future, Guchuan United will fully commit to deepening cooperation with Dongying District and working in concert to continuously improve project targeting. At the same time, the company will assist Dongying District in further refining its industrial chain, attracting enterprises closely linked to the chain, and creating a “grape cluster” effect of industrial agglomeration to help Dongying District achieve major breakthroughs and new leaps in its “dual recruitment and dual attraction” efforts.
