The Xuefu Industrial Park in Jingwu Town, Xiqing District, is a core component of "Intellectual Xiqing"—a project meticulously developed by Xiqing District to integrate science, education, research, and industry. Covering a total area of 10.2 square kilometers, the park extends west to the East-West Drainage Canal, east to Tianjin’s Third Higher Education Zone and Huayuan High-Tech Industrial Park, south to the Jinlai Highway, and north to the national high-tech industrial park—the Haitai Park.

The park is divided into four functional zones: science and technology innovation and R&D, industrial production, supporting services, and eco-business.

Yingkerui Pharmaceuticals is a new drug R&D institution integrating R&D design, pilot-scale incubation, and commercialization. Sinopharm Medical Testing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established through the integration and merger of four companies with excellent reputations, extensive product portfolios, and outstanding performance, against the backdrop of China’s basic healthcare system reform. It is a new subsidiary under Sinopharm Holdings. The company has now developed into a leading distributor and retailer of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in China, as well as a leading supply chain service provider.
