Project Requirements
Preferred Regions: Nationwide (priority given to the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Shandong, and Henan)
Facility Size: 20,000 sqm of factory space; requires 3 standalone buildings, each approximately 2,000–5,000 sqm
Total Investment: 1.5 billion RMB per site; significant investment in cold-chain logistics in addition to factory facilities
Specific Requirements
1. This project involves the production of animal vaccines and must have three separate factory sites (mandatory requirement). All sites must be GMP-compliant production facilities, each with a minimum area of 10,000 square meters. Additionally, employee facilities and office buildings are required, resulting in a total demand for 20,000 square meters of independent factory space. Mature factory facilities are required (preferably those that have previously handled animal vaccine-related projects), with production scheduled to commence in September of this year.
2. The project’s China headquarters is located in Beijing. The team is currently seeking six sites nationwide, with priority given to the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Shandong, and Henan regions. Due to high transportation costs, sites with strong reach into surrounding markets are highly valued.
