“Are there difficult and easy tasks in this world? If you undertake them, even the difficult ones become easy; if you do not, even the easy ones become difficult.” To help new employees transition into their roles as quickly as possible, understand the company’s business, and experience its culture, the 1913th session of the Kuchuan University New Employee Academy’s pre-employment training was held as scheduled recently. After five days of intensive training, all 14 new employees successfully passed the assessment and officially became members of Kuchuan United.
Before the training officially began, Guichuan University encouraged everyone to actively introduce themselves. Amid a lively atmosphere of discussion, the participants gradually overcame their initial sense of unfamiliarity. The training adopted a team competition format, with the 14 new employees divided into two teams, allowing them to quickly establish their team cultures. Throughout the subsequent training, the two teams engaged in healthy competition, helped one another, and grew together!
The training was led by a team of professional instructors from GuChuan University. Drawing on their years of experience in business development, they delivered four courses—*With Gu, the Source Flows Endlessly*, *Introduction to the Business Development Industry*, *The GuChuan Workplace*, and *Professional Ethics*—explaining complex concepts in an accessible and detailed manner.The instructors not only provided a detailed analysis of the investment promotion industry but also engaged in in-depth discussions with the new employees regarding career development planning. This enabled the new employees to quickly master the essential professional knowledge and personal qualities required for investment promotion, gaining a deeper understanding of both the industry and their own career paths.
