On August 21, Lü Ge, Member of the Standing Committee of the Feixi County Party Committee and First Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Feixi Economic Development Zone, led a delegation to visit GuChuan United’s Shanghai office, where they were received by Dong Chuanchuan, General Manager of GuChuan United’s Shanghai office, and other representatives. Subsequently, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as industrial planning and investment promotion.

Established in 1991, the Anhui Feixi Economic Development Zone was approved by the Anhui Provincial Government as a provincial-level development zone in 2006, with a planned area of 110 square kilometers. It has successively been designated as the National Hefei Export Processing Zone and the National Hefei Demonstration Zone for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization, and has been honored with titles such as Provincial Innovative Park, Provincial Demonstration Base for New Industrialization, and Provincial Intellectual Property Demonstration Park.

Located in the southwestern sector of Hefei’s central urban area—the provincial capital of Anhui—the Feixi Economic Development Zone sits within the core region of the proposed National Binhu New District. Leveraging Hefei’s eight major pillar industries, including home appliances, automobiles, and equipment manufacturing, the zone has established two leading sectors: automotive and supporting industries, and home appliances and components. It is currently developing two strategic emerging industries—smart manufacturing and biopharmaceuticals—and serves as one of the main battlegrounds for Hefei’s “Three Hundred-Billion-Yuan Industries.”The zone has attracted over 500 enterprises, including listed companies such as Hefei South China City, JAC Motors, TCL, Amway, Yifan Pharmaceutical, and Stanley. Major companies like Gree, Midea, Hitachi, and Heli are located in the immediate vicinity.

During the symposium, leaders from Feixi County carefully reviewed Guchuan Lianxing’s investment promotion strengths and cooperation models, and provided a detailed explanation of the development zone’s various advantages and key industrial development plans. Dong Chuanchuan, General Manager of Guchuan Lianxing’s Shanghai office, stated that the company is committed to assisting the government in industrial development and building a full-industry-chain service platform. Moving forward, the company will closely align with the Feixi Economic Development Zone’s key industrial development plans to refine investment cooperation proposals, leveraging the local area’s comprehensive strengths to empower the development of the economic development zone.
