In 1983, a group of young entrepreneurs spontaneously organized the “Seiwajuku” to better study Kazuo Inamori’s management philosophy and outlook on life. From the moment of its inception, “Seiwajuku” has been imbued with “love”—the deep compassion that Mr. Inamori holds for humanity and society.
To date, the "Seiwajuku" has expanded to 97 branches across the United States, Brazil, China, South Korea, and other regions, with a total membership exceeding 12,000. The Tianjin Seiwajuku was established on December 23, 2018, and has achieved commendable results as new members continue to join and existing members continue to grow.
On August 17, the Tianjin Seiwajuku hosted a presentation session on the practical application of “Inamori Management Philosophy” for entrepreneurs in Tianjin. Xu Jia, Chairman of Tanigawa Lianxing, attended the event alongside business leaders from various industries.
Prior to the official start of the event, to foster communication and exchange, a delegation of Juku members from several companies—including Tianjin United Weidao Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shandong Fuji Control Elevator Co., Ltd.—visited Tanigawa Renko. Xu Jia, Chairman of Tanigawa Renko, warmly received the delegation. During the visit, Chairman Xu led the business representatives on a tour of the company, provided a detailed introduction on how the company flexibly applies the “Amoeba Management” philosophy, and engaged in in-depth discussions with the entrepreneurs.

Subsequently, a presentation session on the practical outcomes of “Inamori Management” was formally held at the Tianjin Chamber of Commerce Joint Building. Xu Jia, Chairman of Tanigawa Lianxing, served as a guest speaker and shared insights on “The Critical Moments in Implementing the Amoeba Management System.”He clarified the two primary objectives of Amoeba implementation: first, identifying the critical moments for implementation—as the saying goes, “Failure to plan is planning to fail”; second, understanding the requirements for leaders during the implementation process. Building on this foundation, he further broke down the implementation into 10 key moments, including “when to introduce” and “mastering the Amoeba system,” and provided a detailed explanation centered on the three stages of “Initial Awareness, Practical Application, and Post-Implementation Reflection.”
The Amoeba Management System is an experiential, pendulum-like process that progressively taps into participants’ wisdom. The holistic business simulation requires a sense of participation to enhance managerial mindset and capabilities. It is a tool for sculpting the mind! Managers must spare no effort in ensuring employee well-being; they must transcend personal interests to ensure the company operates with a sense of greater purpose.
Kawaguchi Renko flexibly applies the "Amoeba Management" philosophy, dividing departments into independent Amoebas. This clarifies the division of responsibilities between departments, continuously improving internal operational efficiency and enabling better service to clients. Furthermore, the application of the "Amoeba Management" philosophy has engaged more people in company operations, allowing them to grow into capable leaders who can stand on their own.The widespread adoption of “Amoeba Management” has enabled the entrepreneur’s vision to be fully realized, uniting employees and the company as a “spiritual community, a community of shared destiny, a community of shared goals, and a community of shared interests,” thereby unleashing the company’s full potential.
