On August 14, Zhang Zhenhong, Director of the Management Committee of the Haixing Development Zone in Zhongwei City, Ningxia, led a delegation to visit the Tianjin office of GuChuan United. They were received by Zhang Jie and Han Wenyun, Deputy General Managers of GuChuan United’s Tianjin office, along with other representatives. Subsequently, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as cooperation in investment promotion and industrial layout planning.

The Haixing Development Zone is situated at the intersection of the Dashatou and Liupanshan tourism circles, bordering Tongxin County to the north and Guyuan City to the south. Established in December 2013, it also administers Sanhe Town in Haiyuan County. The zone covers a total area of 253.6 square kilometers, including a planned urban area of 30.6 square kilometers and a built-up area of 16 square kilometers;The total population is 44,000, of which the agricultural population and the Hui ethnic group account for 86% and 34%, respectively. The urban permanent resident population is 10,000, making it a new type of industrial park that integrates industry and urban development.

The overall layout of the development zone is structured as “one mountain (Fenghuang Mountain), two waterways (Xianma River and Yanghuang No. 11 Main Canal), and five zones (Administrative Office Zone, Living Services Zone, Commerce and Logistics Zone, Industrial Development Zone, and Ecological Leisure Zone),” achieving “seven utilities and one leveling” (water, electricity, roads, gas, heating, telecommunications, and television).Thirty-nine administrative office buildings have been completed, housing institutions such as the Agricultural Bank of China, the Rural Credit Cooperative, the Tax Bureau, the Power Supply Company, China Telecom, and China Mobile. Additionally, 25 standardized factory buildings totaling 45,000 square meters have been constructed in the Small and Micro Enterprise Incubation Park. This has laid the groundwork for an industrial development framework centered on “One Park and Three Zones,” comprising three leading industries: new energy and equipment manufacturing, deep processing of agricultural by-products and warehousing logistics, and light industry and textiles.

Previously, Guichuan United had visited the Haixing Development Zone to gain firsthand insight into the park’s industrial layout and development status, and to discuss investment promotion matters. Building on the solid foundation established during that initial exchange, leaders from the Haixing Development Zone in Zhongwei City, Ningxia, once again engaged in in-depth discussions with our company regarding cooperation models and the park’s future development direction.
