On August 10, Guichuan University held a training session on “Public Relations Development and Maintenance.” The session aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of government public relations and enhance the team’s management and operational capabilities.Over 60 mid-to-senior level managers and relevant staff members from Guichuan United participated in the training. After three days of systematic training, every participant gained valuable insights, providing a broader range of solutions for their future work.

Putting Knowledge into Practice, Passing on the Torch

Prior to the official start of the training, Xu Jia, Chairman of Guichuan United, delivered the opening address. He clarified the purpose and significance of the training, expressing hope that participants would optimize their current work methods through systematic public relations coursework and achieve tangible results by applying what they had learned. He encouraged them to share these insights with every colleague, creating a ripple effect that drives collective progress.

To ensure significant improvement and transformation for the participants, GuChuan University specially invited Mr. Bao Xianzong, a seasoned expert in key account marketing and a practitioner of major client relationship management.He has previously worked at Fortune 500 company Emerson Electric Co. (USA) and Xi’an Janssen Pharmaceutical, China’s largest joint-venture pharmaceutical enterprise. With 17 years of hands-on sales and senior management experience across multinational and domestic companies, as well as over 300 marketing training sessions under his belt, he possesses extensive expertise in building and maintaining public relations. His insights will enable the participants to achieve a qualitative leap in their professional development.

Refined Through Trial and Error

This training program moves away from traditional lecture-based teaching methods, instead fostering overall progress through learning, practice, and sharing. During the sessions, the instructor will incorporate case study sharing by participants, with each case reflecting real-world challenges they have encountered in their work. Through these exchanges, participants gain insights into problem-solving approaches, providing valuable experience for everyone present and helping them avoid future pitfalls in their careers.
