On August 8, Yang Yulin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of the Wuzhong Jinji Industrial Park in Ningxia, led a delegation to visit the Tianjin office of Guchuan United. They were received by Zhang Jie and Han Wenyun, Deputy General Managers of Guchuan United’s Tianjin office, along with other representatives. Subsequently, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as investment promotion and industrial park operations.

Established in 2006, the Wuzhong Jinji Industrial Park is a provincial-level industrial park approved and announced by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). It has also been designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) as a “Demonstration Base for New Industrialization,” a “Pilot Park for Regional Brand Building of National Industrial Clusters,” and a “National Demonstration Base for Entrepreneurship Incubation.”The park covers a planned area of 17.6 square kilometers. In accordance with the “One Park, Three Zones” master plan, it is divided into the Jinji Core Zone, the Niushou Mountain Industrial Zone, and the Wool Textile Industrial Zone. The park focuses on developing industries such as equipment manufacturing, food processing, and eco-textiles.

Currently, the park has established a road network comprising five north-south and six east-west arteries. It has successively fostered a number of nationally renowned enterprises, including Wuzhong Instrument, Ningxia Yili Dairy, Shenneng Wuzhong Thermal Power, Xiajin Dairy, and Hongshanhe Food.In recent years, the park has established stable industry-academia-research cooperation mechanisms with 16 research institutions and universities, including the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Tsinghua University, Jiangnan University, and Sichuan University. It has established two academician workstations and built 36 talent training bases and research platforms, such as national and autonomous regional-level enterprise technology R&D centers and innovation centers. The number of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises has reached 45.

During the symposium, leaders from the Ningxia Wuzhong Jinji Industrial Park gained a thorough understanding of Guchuan Lianhang’s investment promotion model and strengths, and provided a detailed introduction to the park’s industrial structure and development direction. Zhang Jie, Deputy General Manager of Guchuan Lianhang’s Tianjin branch, stated that the company possesses high-quality project resources across the country and is capable of integrating internet-based investment promotion methods to provide localized investment promotion services in 12 cities nationwide, introducing high-quality projects based on the specific needs of partner organizations.Moving forward, Guchuan Lianxing will accelerate service coordination, refine investment promotion cooperation plans, and inject new momentum into the development of the Wuzhong Jinji Industrial Park.
