If you do not think, you will be confused; if you do not seek, you will gain nothing; if you do not ask, you will not know. On July 1, Guichuan University launched another round of pre-employment training. Trainees from all over the country gathered in Tianjin, united by a common goal, to learn new knowledge and hone their skills. In the end, 14 trainees successfully passed the assessment and officially became members of Guichuan United.
At the start of the training, Kawa University organized an icebreaker where participants introduced themselves to get to know their peers. Through these introductions, the trainees gained a preliminary understanding of one another. Next, the instructor divided the group into two teams, with each team electing a leader and brainstorming a team name and cheer. Throughout the training, the two teams competed for points, fostering an enthusiastic and dynamic learning atmosphere.
To enhance the trainees’ professional skills and overall competence, the training invited a team of instructors from Guichuan University. These instructors are not only outstanding business elites from Guichuan United but also seasoned professionals with years of experience on the front lines of investment promotion. The curriculum focused on four key areas: “Guichuan Culture, the Investment Promotion Industry, the Guichuan Workplace, and Professional Ethics,” enabling trainees to quickly grasp the investment promotion industry and master the necessary skills.
During the sessions, instructors tailored their approach to the participants’ needs and linked the material to real-world work scenarios. They encouraged active thinking and utilized various role-playing exercises to deepen participants’ understanding of the course content. The training atmosphere was relaxed and harmonious, with participants actively engaging in discussions. For the presentation segment, groups were selected by lottery, and each group shared their learning insights based on the topics they had explored.During the presentations, the class advisor and instructors from GuChuan University served as judges, providing feedback through a combination of "critique and sharing." This approach not only assessed learning outcomes but also served to impart professional knowledge.
In addition, Guichuan University organized a team-building activity titled “Yu Gong Moves the Mountain.” Through this activity, participants collectively experienced the challenges, gaining a deeper understanding of the essence of execution and teamwork. It also fostered a sense of cooperation and the big picture among participants, strengthening the company’s cohesion and unity.
Finally, through a comprehensive evaluation encompassing written exams, individual performance, instructor assessments, and deductions for disciplinary violations, Guichuan University selected outstanding teams and individuals to receive honors.

The five-day pre-employment training for new hires was successfully completed, marking the infusion of fresh talent into Guichuan United. The training formats for each stage, as well as the specialized courses for business development, were independently developed by Guichuan University and distilled from our company’s decade of business development experience.
