Park Overview
The Guangling Economic and Technological Development Zone was established in July 2020 with the approval of the provincial government. With a planned area of 5.71 square kilometers, it focuses on the materials industry and the processing of agricultural by-products as its leading sectors and serves as the main hub for the construction of the county’s “Three Bases” initiative. In 2020, the zone completed industrial investments totaling 352.27 million yuan, representing a year-on-year growth rate of 18.10%.with industrial added value from enterprises above designated size reaching 840.33 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.8%.
The Zone’s Administrative Committee comprises five internal departments and two subordinate service centers. The zone implements a “1+1” administrative service model—the “front desk + back office” approach—enhancing service capacity through “dedicated personnel handling applications and team-based assistance,” thereby achieving “less legwork for enterprises” and “resolving matters within the zone,” effectively reducing administrative burdens on businesses. At the same time, for investment projects and all market entities within the district, the district implements a “leadership liaison system,” “tailored policies for each enterprise,” and “case-by-case deliberation,” strictly enforcing business-friendly policies and incentive programs.
