Article 1: Scope of support

This policy applies to the newly introduced enterprises in specific buildings that are subject to industrial and commercial registration, tax registration, and statistics according to regulations. It focuses on the industrial positioning of modern service industry in Datong Economic Development Zone, and focuses on supporting the headquarters economy, bulk trade, construction and real estate, logistics and transportation, financial services and other modern service industry related enterprises to be stationed in specific buildings in Datong Economic Development Zone.

Article 2 Support Criteria

The support will be given to the enterprises according to their annual business revenue, office space rental area, number of jobs solved, and scientific and technological innovation empowerment in a fiscal year. Annual operating income of 5 million yuan and above enterprises can enjoy the corresponding award, the total amount of all support incentives not exceeding 70% of the enterprise's economic contribution to the district in the year.

Article 3 Development Contribution Reward

Newly-established enterprises in specific buildings in Datong Economic and Technological Development Zone will be rewarded with a development contribution reward of 2% of the enterprise's annual business revenue, which will be settled on a monthly basis, cashed in the following month, and assessed on an annual basis.

Article 4: Subsidies for Leased Office Premises

Newly settled enterprises in specific buildings in Datong Economic and Technological Development Zone will be given rent and property subsidies according to the lease contract and the number of people employed (7 square meters per capita). (7 square meters per person). The subsidy is paid in the form of first payment and then compensation, and the enterprise pays for the exceeding part by itself.

Article V Outstanding Contribution Reward

Enterprises with business revenues of 500 million yuan to 1 billion yuan (inclusive) per fiscal year will be rewarded with an additional 500,000 yuan; for enterprises with business revenues of more than 1 billion yuan, they will be rewarded with an additional 1 million yuan (not cumulative). The company will be rewarded with 1 million yuan (not cumulative).

Article VI: Reward for High-tech Enterprises

Enterprises recognized as high-tech enterprises by the State and enterprises with the potential to cultivate high-tech enterprises can directly enter the zone free of charge.

Enterprises recognized as national high-tech enterprises and enterprises with potential for high-tech enterprise cultivation will be admitted to the building free of charge.

Article VII: Public Service Rewards

Encouragement of catering, retailing, agency services, and other business entities to move into a specific building, and to provide various public services for enterprises in a specific building. According to the area of the site used for its ancillary services, the business entity is given a maximum of not more than 200 square meters of the site free use policy for a period of three years.

The right to interpret this policy belongs to the Management Committee of Datong Economic and Technological Development Zone, and it will be implemented for three years from the date of issuance. In case of major adjustments of relevant national, provincial and municipal policies, Datong Economic and Technological Development Zone reserves the right to modify and terminate this policy.
