Chapter II Support Policies
Article 3 The support objects of these measures are divided into four categories of enterprises: A, B, C and D. The enterprises are not subject to the support policies of these measures.
(1) With one of the following conditions, belongs to the A class of enterprises
1. Newly settled in China's top 500 service industry, China's top 100 private enterprises in the service industry headquarters.
2. Newly settled unicorn enterprises.
3. Newly-established modern service enterprises with business revenue of over 2.4 billion RMB in a natural year.
(2) enterprises with one of the following conditions are classified as Class B enterprises
1. newly settled wholly-owned subsidiaries of China's top 500 service enterprises and China's top 100 private enterprises in the service industry, which have been registered in Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone. The company's subsidiaries are also registered in the Shanxi Transformation and Reform Demonstration Zone.
2. State-level high-tech enterprises (within the validity period of the certificates) that are newly settled and have an operating revenue of more than 100 million yuan in a natural year.
3. Newly settled modern service enterprises with business revenue of more than 1 billion yuan in a natural year.
(3) With one of the following conditions, belonging to Category C enterprises
1. Newly settled and a natural year business revenue of more than 0.5 billion yuan of national high-tech enterprises (within the validity of the certificate).
2. Newly settled modern service enterprises with business revenue of 500 million yuan or more in a natural year.
(4) The following conditions are met, which are classified as Class D enterprises
Newly settled modern service enterprises with business revenue of more than 140 million yuan in a natural year.
Article 4 Upon agreement, it can be supported by incentives for settlement, leasing or purchasing incentives, and business income incentives.
(1) Settlement incentives
Enterprises meeting the above conditions of Class A 1 or 2, and Class B 1, will be given annual incentives of 2 million yuan and 1 million yuan respectively after settlement as operational support for a period of 2 years.
Support will be given to those that meet the eligibility conditions after review. If there is a change in the eligibility conditions, it will be supported according to the changed eligibility conditions.
(2) Lease and purchase incentives
1. Lease incentives
focused on supporting the development of modern service industry agglomeration in the area, leasing of Shanxi Transformation and reform demonstration zone district state-owned enterprises in office space or warehousing, according to the standard of 6 yuan / square meter - month to give rental incentives. Among them, Class A enterprises will be rewarded a maximum of 800,000 yuan per year, Class B enterprises will be rewarded a maximum of 400,000 yuan per year, Class C enterprises will be rewarded a maximum of 160,000 yuan per year, and Class D enterprises will be rewarded a maximum of 80,000 yuan per year. 2. Purchase and construction incentives
On the purchase of office buildings of state-owned enterprises in the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone District, or new commercial complexes, neighborhood centers of category A and B enterprises, according to the purchase amount or 5% of the investment in new projects to give One-time purchase and construction incentives, with a maximum of 1.6 million yuan for category A enterprises and 800,000 yuan for category B enterprises. Article 7 Support for modern service industry enterprises in the region in the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone held in the region's advanced manufacturing industry, digital economy, the development of modern service industry industry industry competitions, publicity and promotion of exhibitions, forums and other activities, agreed upon by the agreement, in accordance with the standard of 50% of the rental fee to be supported, the highest single event support The maximum support for a single event is 500,000 RMB, and the maximum support for a single organizer is 1 million RMB per year.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Article X: Implementation of Policy Cashing

(2) The relevant operating data of the enterprises involved in the conditions of the award shall be based on the enterprise statements in the national statistics network reporting system audited by the business departments. Article 11 The digital economy, network freight, modern finance and other industries are supported in accordance with the current policies of the Shanxi Transformation and Reform Demonstration Zone.
Article XII These measures shall come into force on September 26, 2023, and shall be valid until December 31, 2026. In case of national policy adjustments during the implementation process, it will be adjusted according to the higher level policy.
