#1. A 2-billion-yuan Bakery Products Project

Sanshui District, Foshan · Land Acquisition Finalized

Through the precise introduction by GuChuan United, a well-known bakery food enterprise signed a 2 billion yuan investment agreement with Foshan in July 2022 and has now officially secured the land.

Since the partnership began, GuChuan United has continued to facilitate the establishment of major enterprises and projects in Foshan, such as the Taiji Technology project and the Osma Intelligent Equipment Base project, with a combined total investment exceeding 5 billion yuan.

#2. Smart Equipment Project with a Total Investment of 500 Million Yuan

Gaoming District, Foshan · Land Acquisition Finalized

Baoke Precision, a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" (SRUI) "Little Giant" enterprise, recently acquired over 30,000 square meters of industrial land in Gaoming District, Foshan, with plans to invest 500 million yuan to build a smart equipment production base.

Once operational, the project will provide strong support for Yanghe Town in Gaoming District to complete and strengthen its high-end mechanical equipment industrial chain and achieve high-quality development of the industrial cluster.

#3. New Materials Project with a Total Investment of 520 Million Yuan

Shuozhou Economic Development Zone · Land Acquisition Finalized

In the Shuozhou Economic Development Zone, the project for the annual production of 150,000 tons of high-performance carbon fiber closed-molded blocks has secured 55 mu of industrial land, with a total investment of 520 million yuan.

It is worth noting that the project went from initial negotiations to formal implementation in less than three months. We have witnessed the “Development Zone Speed” and contributed the “Guchuan Strength.”

#4. Lithium Battery Project with a Total Investment of 530 Million Yuan

Bazhong Economic Development Zone · Officially Signed

Guchuan United facilitated the establishment of a lithium-ion battery production project in the Bazhong Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 530 million yuan. Upon completion and operation of the first phase, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of no less than 500 million yuan.

Since establishing a partnership with the Bazhong Economic Development Zone in 2021, Guchuan United has been fully committed to targeted investment promotion along the industrial chain, witnessing the rapid development of its emerging industries as a shining “landmark.”

#5. Energy Storage Equipment Project with a Total Investment of 500 Million Yuan

Baise City Baidong New District · Official Signing

With strong support from GuChuan United, the Tianshun Energy Storage Equipment Production Base project has successfully settled in Baidong New District, Baise City, with a total investment of 500 million yuan.

Tianshun Wind Energy will drive the implementation of more supporting industrial projects, working together to build a full-industry-chain “ecosystem” for energy storage, and contribute to Baise’s high-quality, leapfrog development.

#6. Pre-cooked Meal Project with a Total Investment of 500 Million Yuan

Lanling Economic Development Zone · Officially Signed

Guchuan United successfully facilitated the signing of an agreement between a food enterprise and the Lanling Economic Development Zone, with an investment of 500 million yuan to build food production projects—including vegetable and meat products—in the zone.

Leveraging the advantages of market-oriented investment promotion and seizing the “opportunity” in the prepared meal industry, GuChuan United has focused its efforts to help Lanling transition from “greenhouse vegetable farming” to “vegetable factories.”

#7. 200 Million Yuan Marine Lashing Components Project

Zhoushan Economic Development Zone · Officially Signed

With strong support from GuChuan United, Ningbo Jienal Lashing Technology Co., Ltd. has established operations in the Zhoushan High-Tech Zone, investing 200 million yuan to build a lashing components production facility.

The company is a leader in the domestic lashing equipment sector. Once operational, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of 500 million yuan and contribute over 26 million yuan in taxes.

#8. Medical Device Project with a Total Investment of 109 Million Yuan

Gaochun Economic Development Zone · Officially Signed

On March 11, the Gaochun Major Project Signing Ceremony was successfully held at the Wujiakou International Conference Center, where Dong Chuanchuan, Director and Vice President of GuChuan United, was invited to deliver a speech.

Through Guichuan Lianhang’s targeted introduction, Jiangsu Dongxiang Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. has established operations in the Gaochun Economic Development Zone with a total investment of 109 million yuan. The project is projected to generate an annual output value of 100 million yuan and tax revenue of 10 million yuan.

#9. Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces R&D and Production Project

Guangdong Medical Valley Nansha Industrial Park · Official Signing

Recently, Guchuan United successfully facilitated the signing and establishment of a high-tech traditional Chinese medicine enterprise in the Guangdong Medical Valley Nansha Industrial Park.

Since the start of the partnership, Guchuan United has focused on the cutting edge of the industry and has facilitated the establishment of several high-quality enterprises in Guangdong Medical Valley, covering fields such as ophthalmic surgical robots, human stem cell technology, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, biotechnology, and artificial intelligence.

#10. Military Electronic Information Equipment Project

Luquan District, Shijiazhuang · Official Signing

Guchuan United efficiently facilitated the establishment of Beijing Dongyuan Runxing Technology Co., Ltd. in Luquan District, Shijiazhuang, for the investment and construction of an electronic information equipment manufacturing project.

Currently, the project has entered the factory renovation phase. Once the enterprise begins production, it will rapidly integrate into the local industrial cluster and play a leading role in strengthening and complementing the industrial chain.

#11. Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization Project

Wangdu Economic Development Zone · Officially Signed

Guchuan United facilitated the establishment of Weihai Haoyang Group in the Wangdu Economic Development Zone, Hebei, for the investment and construction of a slag comprehensive utilization project. The process took only 9 days from the initial meeting to the signing of the agreement.

Once operational, the project will accelerate the technological upgrading and equipment renewal of local environmental protection equipment, contributing to the creation of a “Zero-Waste City.”

Project Implementation Gains Momentum

#1. Taiji Technology Project

Listed as a Guangdong Provincial Key Project for Two Consecutive Years

Located in the Tangmei Industrial Park, Hecheng Subdistrict, Gaoming District, the Taiji Technology high-speed punch press and high-speed cold heading machine project is a key initiative introduced to Foshan by Guichuan United.

With a total investment of 1 billion yuan and covering an area of approximately 145 mu, the project will feature seven production workshops.

Workshop No. 4, designated as the processing workshop, has already been completed and put into operation. The remaining workshops are expected to be fully operational by June of this year, with an estimated annual output value of 1 billion yuan upon reaching full production capacity.

#2. Hanqingda Technology Smart Manufacturing Base Project

Supporting Gaoming District’s Efforts to Compete for Excellence and Strive for Progress

On the morning of January 29, Foshan City’s “Compete for Excellence, Strive for Victory” major project groundbreaking ceremony was held in Gaoming District. The Hanqingda Technology Smart Manufacturing Base Project, which participated in this集中 groundbreaking event, was precisely introduced by Guchuan United.

Located in the Xijiang Industrial New Town of Gaoming District, the project has a total investment of 650 million yuan and covers an area of 86.36 mu. It primarily focuses on the R&D and production of electronic vaporizers, with an expected annual output value of 3 billion yuan.

#3. Osma Intelligent Equipment Project

Making a Strong Start for Major Project Construction

Construction is in full swing at the Osma Intelligent Equipment Base project in Hecheng Subdistrict, Gaoming District.

On November 25, 2022, the project successfully secured its land use rights.

On December 15, 2022, in less than a month, the project obtained its construction permit and commenced construction.

With a total investment of 1 billion yuan and covering an area of 47.3 mu, the facility will produce automated equipment such as laser cutters, CNC press brakes, and CNC punching machines, as well as hardware products upon completion.

Investment Promotion Conference: Showcasing the "Golden Calling Card" for Investment Attraction

#1. Tianjin·Beichen Industrial Investment Promotion Conference

On-site Contracts Totaling 14.394 Billion Yuan

On March 2, the 2023 Tianjin·Beichen Industrial Investment Promotion Conference was held in Beijing. The event was organized by the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government Office in Beijing, the CPC Beichen District Committee of Tianjin, and the People’s Government of Beichen District, Tianjin, and hosted by Guchuan United.

The event attracted 160 high-quality enterprises from sectors such as biopharmaceuticals, new energy, and high-end equipment. Thirty-five key enterprises signed agreements on-site, with a total investment of 14.394 billion yuan.

#2. Shanxi·Yangqu Investment Promotion Conference

15 Days of Efficient Preparation and Execution

On March 30, the 2023 Shanxi·Yangqu Investment Promotion Conference, themed “Shanghai Business Community Meets Yangqu’s Local Products,” was held as scheduled in Shanghai.

Over 100 enterprises attended, with 7 key enterprises signing agreements. Dozens of companies indicated after the event that they had scheduled visits to Yangqu to learn more about the region.

On March 22, the 2021–2022 Academic Year Gu Chuan Scholarship Award Ceremony was held at Tianjin University of Commerce, where 11 outstanding students from the Investment Promotion Experimental Class received the Gu Chuan Scholarship.

Since GuChuan United and Tianjin University of Commerce jointly established the Investment Promotion Experimental Class, students from three consecutive cohorts have enrolled in the program.
