Chapter I General Provisions

Article 3 All enterprises registered or established in accordance with the law can apply for funding in accordance with these measures. ">(a) enterprises to obtain quality, environment, occupational health and safety three-in-one management system certification, to give a one-time funding of 50,000 yuan; recognized on the basis of the national certification and accreditation bodies issued by the three-in-one validity of the certificate, or quality, environment, occupational health and safety of the three with the validity of the certificate.

(2) enterprises to obtain the China Quality Award, Shanxi Province Quality Award, Changzhi City Quality Award, respectively, to give a one-time subsidy of 500,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan; recognized on the basis of the national, provincial and municipal commendation documents.

Article 5 of the standardization of the scope of funding and standards:

(e) the national 4A certificate of standardization of good conduct enterprises, funded 50,000 yuan, the national 3A certificate of standardization of good conduct enterprises, funded 30,000 yuan.

(6) The project of obtaining the first, second and third prizes of national standard innovation contribution will be funded 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan respectively.

(vii) The projects that won the first, second and third prizes of Shanxi Provincial Standard Innovation Contribution Award were funded 50,000 yuan, 30,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan respectively.

(viii) enterprise product standards using international standards or foreign advanced standards, each one-time funding of 20,000 yuan.

(ix) in our region to host the International Organization for Standardization annual meetings and academic seminars and major international standardization of academic activities, the project was approved by the relevant organizations, and beforehand in the high-tech zone of standardization of the administrative department for the record, to give no more than 50,000 yuan of subsidies.

The total amount of standardization funding for the same unit shall not exceed 600,000 RMB per year. The same standardization project shall not be repeated awards.

Article VI of the standardization project is based on:

Chapter III Application and Review Procedures

Article VII Application

Funding recipients can apply to the Market Supervision Department of Hi-tech Zone for the funding of the project after completion of the project in December of the year. Before December 31 of the same year, the grant recipients can apply for funding to the Market Supervision Sub-bureau of Hi-tech Zone. If the funding recipients do not apply within the specified time, it is considered to give up the funding, and will not be reimbursed after the deadline. left;">(b) business license or documents approved by the competent authorities for the establishment, tax registration certificate and other certificates (photocopies with official seal, the original will be returned after verification) in triplicate;

(c) documents, certificates and other supporting documents related to the project under application (photocopies with official seal, the original will be returned after verification) in triplicate. Article IX Audit Issuance Procedures

(a) Hi-tech Zone Market Supervision Sub-bureau receives the application materials of the funding object, the organization of the personnel to carry out the audit, and put forward the audit opinion.

(2) did not pass the audit, by the High-tech Zone Market Supervision Branch to apply to the funding object of feedback. After receiving the feedback, if there is any objection, the applicant can reapply to the Market Supervision Sub-bureau of Hi-tech Zone within 15 days. The second application is still not through the audit, the High-tech Zone Market Supervision Branch feedback, no longer accept applications.

(3) Hi-tech Market Supervision Sub-bureau in the completion of the audit summary, in accordance with the prescribed procedures to the high-tech financial sector to report the list of grants issued and the amount of funds issued by the financial sector to the unified issuance of funding.

Article X Where one of the following behaviors, the application qualification for the year is canceled:

(a) the occurrence of production safety accidents;

(b) (ii) major product quality problems;

(iii) failure to fully fulfill corporate social responsibility;

(iv) other violations.

Article 11 For organizations and individuals who have made false statements or sought funding by other improper means, their eligibility for declaration within five years shall be cancelled. For those who have been funded, the funding will be withdrawn, publicly announced, and dealt with according to the relevant provisions.

Article 12 The departments involved in the review and the relevant staff abuse of power, dereliction of duty, favoritism and malpractice, and has not yet constituted a crime shall be given administrative sanctions according to the law; constitutes a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Article XIV These Measures shall come into force on the date of publication, and shall be valid until March 2, 2025. The original "Changzhi High-tech Zone to promote enterprises to improve quality management to play a standard leading support and funding methods (revised)" notice (Changgaofa [2021] No. 15) is also repealed.
