Recently, GuChuan United signed a formal cooperation agreement with Lin County, Lüliang. The two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation centered on commissioned investment promotion services. Lin County is located on the western side of the Lüliang Mountains on the Loess Plateau in western Shanxi, in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, and is under the jurisdiction of Lüliang City, Shanxi Province.The urban area of Lin County is only 40 kilometers from Lüliang Airport. Three railways—the Central-South Coastal Corridor, the Tai-Xing Railway, and the Tai-Zhong-Yin-Lü-Lin Branch Line—as well as two expressways—the Tai-Jia Expressway and the West-Longitudinal Expressway—pass through Lin County. The county has two passenger rail stations, four freight stations, and five expressway exits.
A number of major infrastructure projects pass through the county, including the Lüliang North 500-kV transmission and transformation project, the Central Yellow River Diversion Project, and natural gas pipelines such as the Shaanxi-Beijing Line 3, the Yulin-Jinan Line, and the Linxian-Baoding Line. The extensive road, water, power, and air networks have created new locational advantages.The implementation of a series of modern energy projects—including the Lülin Energy and Chemical 10-million-ton mine, the 10-million-ton coal washing plant, and the Jingneng Lülin 2×350-megawatt low-calorific-value coal-fired power plant—has created new development advantages.
Lin County is known as the “Hometown of Chinese Jujubes,” boasting jujube tree fossils dating back over 100 million years. The county has a total jujube cultivation area of 820,000 mu, with an annual yield of 360 million jin in normal years. Coal is the most abundant mineral resource, covering 86% of the county’s total area with reserves of 31.175 billion tons.
Under the agreement, Guchuan Lianhang will fully mobilize its online investment promotion resources and integrate them with localized investment promotion services across 12 cities nationwide. Guided by the principle of “industrial base layout and cluster development,” the firm will assist Lin County in significantly optimizing its business environment and fully support the county’s economic development to achieve a new leap forward.
