Tsinghua XK Caohejing (Zhongshan) Science and Technology Park was jointly developed by Tsinghua XK Holdings, Lingang Group, and the Songjiang District Government. It opened in May 2016 and is located in the headquarters and R&D zone of Songjiang New City, with a total floor area of approximately 370,000 square meters.The park focuses on the smart manufacturing sector, prioritizing the development of four key industries: information technology, high-end equipment, biopharmaceuticals, and scientific instruments. Through the “Tsinghua Triple Helix” model, it rapidly advances the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and industrial upgrading, propelling “Songjiang Manufacturing” toward “Songjiang Innovation.” It actively promotes the commercialization of cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements, is committed to building an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, and aims to become a driving force for the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.
The park has established a comprehensive platform integrating resources from government, industry, academia, research, finance, intermediary services, trade, and media. It is currently home to over 30 companies, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Aerospace Electronics, Jinmei Automotive Electronics, Jiangsu Security Technology, Zhuhai Siwang Microelectronics, Aite Optoelectronics, Zhiguan Technology, Naxin Technology, and Dexin Semiconductor.Additionally, the park features comprehensive supporting facilities, including a cafeteria, banks, and commercial services.
