Supporting contents
1. Supporting the construction and operational development of crowdsource spaces
(1) For newly applied and recognized crowdsource spaces of Shanghai and national level, they will be given one-time construction funding of up to 100,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan, and 500,000 yuan, respectively, and the funding mode will be a differential subsidy, with the total amount of the construction funding for a single crowdsource space not exceeding 500,000 yuan. The maximum total amount of construction funding for a single space is not more than 500,000 yuan.
(2) For those who apply for and are recognized as municipal-level creative spaces, they will be given corresponding financial subsidies according to their annual operating expenses starting from the next month after they are recognized. If the comprehensive performance appraisal evaluation is A grade (excellent), 50% of the investment funds, up to 600,000 yuan will be subsidized; if B grade (good), 30% of the investment funds, up to 300,000 yuan will be subsidized.
2. Supporting the construction and operational development of science and technology business incubators
(1) For the new application for recognition as a new area of Lingang, Shanghai and national science and technology business incubators, a one-time construction funding of up to 300,000 yuan, 600,000 yuan, and 1 million yuan will be given respectively, with the mode of funding as a differential subsidy, and the total amount of construction funding for a single science and technology business incubator will be no more than 1 million yuan. The total amount of construction funding for a single science and technology business incubator shall not exceed 1 million yuan.
(2) For those applying for and recognized as science and technology business incubators in Lingang New Area, they will be given corresponding financial subsidies according to their annual operating expenses starting from the next month after they are recognized. If the comprehensive performance appraisal evaluation is A grade (excellent), 50% of the investment funds will be given, with a maximum subsidy of 800,000 yuan; if B grade (good), 30% of the investment funds will be given, with a maximum subsidy of 400,000 yuan.

If a scientific and technological enterprise incubation carrier establishes common platforms such as specialized technical laboratories and technical testing and provides services for the incubated enterprises, it will be given a subsidy of 20% of the service costs, with the maximum annual subsidy for the same platform being not more than 500,000 yuan.
5. Encouragement of Rent Reduction and Exemption for Incubated Enterprises
Technology enterprise incubation carriers can provide up to 100% of the actual amount of rent reduction and exemption to the incubated enterprises every year. 100% of the science and technology business incubation carriers to be subsidized (based on the market price of rent in the same area), each incubated enterprise subsidies calculated area of no more than 100 The subsidized area of each incubated enterprise shall not exceed 100 square meters, and the period of subsidy for the same enterprise shall not exceed three years. The same type of subsidies received by the state, municipal or Lingang New Area will be supported in accordance with the principle of "preferential and non-repeated".
6. Encourage incubation and graduation of high-quality science and technology enterprises
Science and technology business incubation carriers to help enterprises in the incubation period or graduation of three years, to obtain the following qualifications, awards, to give the incubation carrier where the enterprise is the following incentives:
(1) to help enterprises to obtain the title of the National High-tech Enterprises and the Shanghai Municipal Technologically Advanced Service Enterprises, to be given 150,000 yuan each

7. Support the branding development of incubation carriers
Encourage national incubators to manage and import brands to non-Shanghai-level science and technology incubation carriers within the new area of Lingang, and provide subsidies of RMB 200,000 to the importing party for the science and technology incubation carriers that have been recognized as municipal-level or above after the acceptance of the management and importation of the brand, with the total amount of subsidies to the same importing party not exceeding 1 million Yuan per year. The management and branding importer must be approved by the Administrative Committee of Lingang New Area beforehand.
8, support for enterprises to provide listing, mergers and acquisitions
The incubation carriers of science and technology enterprises to help register the incubated or graduated enterprises, the following incentives:
(1) listed on the domestic main board, GEM board, Kechuan board, small and medium-sized boards and other listed companies, each listed 1 enterprise to the science and technology business incubation carriers of the 500,000 yuan incentive;
(2) incubated enterprises by domestic and foreign listed companies mergers and acquisitions, depending on the total amount of the same input more than 1 million yuan per year. 9. Supporting Financial Services for Enterprises
Technology business incubation carriers are encouraged to set up angel funds for investing in incubated startups. Science and technology business incubation carriers to help incubate enterprises in the incubation period to obtain venture capital funds and private equity funds and other institutions, according to the financing amount of no more than 1% of the financing amount shall be subsidized to the science and technology business incubation carrier (the acquisition by the enterprises in the new Lingang area and not the controlling parent company can be referred to for implementation), with the maximum amount for a single project not exceeding 300,000 yuan. The maximum amount for a single project shall not exceed 300,000 yuan, and the total amount of incentives for a single science and technology enterprise incubation carrier shall not exceed 1 million yuan; the same incubated enterprise can only apply for financing subsidy from a science and technology enterprise incubation carrier once after completing the same round of financing.
Third, bylaws
