Original Title: Notice from the Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology on the Release of Industrial Areas Prioritized for Urban Renewal in 2024

To Relevant Units:

To implement the "Opinions on Deepening the Urban Renewal Initiative and Accelerating High-Quality Development," vigorously advance the renewal of aging industrial zones, and strengthen the industrial orientation of urban renewal in key industrial areas, the following industrial zones designated for priority urban renewal in 2024 are hereby announced based on reports submitted by various districts. Please refer to the attached table for details.

All relevant units and urban renewal implementation entities are requested to focus on overall regional coordination and industrial upgrading and efficiency enhancement, strengthen communication and coordination, and jointly advance all tasks including scheme design, planning adjustments, project attraction, and construction commencement, thereby enhancing the visibility of urban renewal in the 2024 key industrial areas.

The list of key industrial areas for urban renewal in this year is valid from the date of this notice until June 30, 2025.
