Following municipal-level evaluation and public notice, as well as a re-examination conducted jointly by the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Commission and the Municipal Finance Bureau, we hereby approve a total of 1 project for the 2023 Shanghai Dairy Industry Advantageous and Distinctive Industrial Cluster Construction Project in your district. The total planned investment is 44,001,700 yuan, comprising 13,200,500 yuan in municipal-level fiscal subsidies (including central government subsidies), 8,800,300 yuan in district-level fiscal subsidies, and 22,000,900 yuan in self-raised funds.Municipal fiscal subsidies (including central government subsidies) are subject to the municipal acceptance review.

Your district must strictly adhere to the requirements of the “Notice on Strengthening the Management of Shanghai’s Dairy Industry Advantageous and Distinctive Industrial Cluster Projects and Funds” (Hu Nong Wei [2023] No. 198). You are to guide and supervise the project construction units in organizing the implementation of the project in a standardized manner, complete the project construction as soon as possible, conduct strict oversight of funds, and ensure the proper completion of project acceptance and management of fiscal assets.
