According to the "Implementing Rules for the Second Batch of Special Funds for the Construction of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Operation Service System", the Municipal Intellectual Property Office issued a notice of declaration of the project of Shanghai Pilot Industry Intellectual Property Operation and Promotion Center. After the procedures of self-declaration, condition examination, expert evaluation, competent department study and social publicity, Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association, Shanghai Biomedical Industry Association and Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Industry Association have been identified as the three units to undertake the project.
