IV. Main Content

Construction of infrastructure for a snow cabbage processing workshop; procurement of snow cabbage processing and packaging equipment, as well as cold chain center equipment.

V. Project Investment Details

The total approved investment for the project is 40.0669 million yuan, comprising 10 million yuan in central government funds (3 million yuan in subsidies upon project approval, with an additional 7 million yuan awarded upon project certification) and 30.0669 million yuan in self-raised funds.

In accordance with the requirements of the “Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on Coordinating the Application Process for the 2022 Agricultural Industry Integration and Development Projects” (Nongban Jicai [2022] No. 6) and the “Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on the Publication of the List of Approved 2022 Agricultural Industry Integration and Development Projects,”your district is requested to strictly organize project implementation and supervision in accordance with standard procedures, complete project construction as soon as possible within one year from the date of project approval, put the project into operation at an early date, and leverage its demonstration and leading role. Where public bidding is required, it should be conducted without delay.Please strictly strengthen the supervision of project funds. Matters such as project adjustments or terminations shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Shanghai Municipal Special Project and Fund Management Measures for Urban Modern Agricultural Development” (Shanghai Agricultural Commission Regulation [2018] No. 2). Additionally, please organize and carry out the project completion acceptance process, and submit the acceptance report to the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau for filing and reference.
