Recently, the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement on the Guchuan High-Tech Industrial Park project in Jinhui Town was officially held. Zheng Yi, Party Secretary of Jinhui Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai; Lu Ping, Deputy Town Mayor; and Xu Jia, Chairman of Guchuan High-Tech Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony. Under this partnership, both parties will focus on upgrading and transforming the local industrial sector and developing the “park-within-a-park” initiative.
Fengxian District is located in the southern part of Shanghai, bordering Pudong New Area to the east, Jinshan District and Songjiang District to the west, facing Hangzhou Bay to the south, and separated from Minhang District by the Huangpu River to the north. In recent years, Fengxian’s economic growth has accelerated, with fiscal revenue maintaining rapid growth and consistently ranking among the top at the district level citywide. The district is continuously intensifying efforts to transform and upgrade industries, enhance the quality of economic development, and actively foster world-class beauty and health industries as well as new industries that will lead future development.
Under the agreement, Guichuan High-Tech will consolidate and revitalize existing facilities within the designated area, attracting high-tech, high-profile, and high-growth enterprises to invest in the district to enhance the utilization efficiency of existing facilities and the level of industrial development.
At the same time, the company will fully commit resources—including capital, industry expertise, technology, and human capital—to invest in, develop, construct, and operate the “park-within-a-park” project.The project will focus on smart manufacturing, medical devices, and headquarters economy sectors, gathering key development elements such as technology, innovation, and talent to drive the economic growth of Jinhui Town. It is committed to building a smart industrial park with high starting points, high standards, and high requirements, establishing a benchmark and brand for park operations, attracting more high-quality industrial resources to the surrounding area, and bringing industrial, tax, and brand benefits to the regional economy.

As a key project in Fengxian District, the Guchuan High-Tech Industrial Park is a crucial factor in driving the integrated development of industry and urban areas.
