Recently, GuChuan United signed a project implementation agreement with Fengxian District, Shanghai, regarding the GuChuan Smart Manufacturing Eco-Community project at the “Series of Promotion Events for Four Major 100-Billion-Yuan Industrial Sectors.” With this, the Xincheng GuChuan Smart Manufacturing Eco-Community, jointly developed by GuChuan United and the Fengcheng Economic Development Zone, has officially been established in Fengxian District, Shanghai.

The Xincheng Guichuan Smart Manufacturing Eco-Community is a smart manufacturing eco-community invested in and developed by Guichuan High-Tech, with new energy vehicles, medical devices, and modern manufacturing as its leading industries. The project covers an area of 30,428 square meters, with a total floor area of 58,000 square meters. The total investment in fixed assets amounts to 260 million yuan, and it is expected to generate annual tax revenue of nearly 50 million yuan upon reaching full production capacity.
01 Seizing Opportunities: Guichuan Secures a New Strategic High Ground

In recent years, Fengxian District has explicitly proposed the development of four major 100-billion-yuan-scale industries: “Oriental Beauty Valley, ” “Future Space,” “Rural Revitalization,” and “Beauty Valley Shopping.” In particular, the “Future Space” brand—which focuses on smart manufacturing industries such as new energy vehicles—has, within just one year of its inception, leveraged the Tesla Phase III project and centered on “autonomous vehicles” to attract more than ten national-level laboratories and leading R&D enterprises.

Seizing this prime development opportunity, Guchuan High-Tech made a precise move, capitalizing on the highlights of the smart manufacturing industry. It innovatively proposed the concept of an industrial ecosystem community, fully committed to building a core cluster for high-end smart manufacturing capacity, and ultimately facilitated the establishment of the Xincheng Guchuan Smart Manufacturing Ecosystem Community.

02 Full Engagement: Guichuan Strictly Controls Park Quality

From the project’s inception, Guichuan High-Tech utilized extensive research findings and its rich experience in liaising with government-run industrial parks to determine the ecological community’s location, successfully establishing a partnership with the Fengcheng Economic Development Zone.

In the development and construction planning of the park, Guichuan High-Tech, in conjunction with the industrial development trends and current status of industrial clusters in the Fengcheng Economic Park, established the Smart Manufacturing Eco-Community with the aim of aligning with the construction of the new Free Trade Zone. Benchmarking against the “Smart Manufacturing Demonstration Zone” in the Lingang New Area, the development focuses on new energy vehicles, medical devices, and modern manufacturing as its leading industries.

In the overall design of the smart park, Guchuan High-Tech adhered to the principle of efficient land use and strictly controlled the quality of the park’s overall design.
