Original Title: Notice from the Fengxian District Investment Promotion Office Regarding Matters Concerning Market Access for Industrial Projects Involving Engineering Construction in Fengxian District

To All Relevant Units:

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Office of the State Council’s “Implementation Opinions on Comprehensively Carrying Out the Reform of the Engineering Construction Project Approval System” (State Council General Office Document [2019] No. 11) and the National Development and Reform Commission’s “Measures for the Approval and Filing of Enterprise Investment Projects” (Order No. 2 of 2017), the review opinions on industrial project access involving engineering construction issued by the District Investment Promotion Office and the District Economic Commission shall no longer serve as prerequisites for engineering construction project approvals, such as the filing of fixed-asset investments for any project.

Effective immediately, the online joint review process for new industrial land use projects organized by the District Investment Promotion Office is hereby abolished, and the industrial access review and approval process for renovation and expansion projects on existing industrial land conducted by the District Economic Commission is hereby abolished.

This notice is hereby issued.
