Park Overview
The Tengzhou Economic Development Zone has been incorporated into Tengzhou City’s Master Plan for Urban Development and is being planned and constructed as a new urban district, with a total planned area of 40 square kilometers. Following an open, cluster-based development model, it is divided into four functional zones: A, B, C, and D.
Zone A: A comprehensive industrial zone covering 14 square kilometers, primarily designated for projects in mechanical processing, biopharmaceuticals, electronics and electrical appliances, and textiles and apparel.
Zone B: A mechanical manufacturing startup park covering 3.6 square kilometers, primarily designated for precision machinery manufacturing projects.
Zone C: A food industry zone covering 9 square kilometers, primarily designated for industrial projects such as food processing and agricultural by-product processing.
Zone D: A heavy industry zone covering 14 square kilometers, primarily designated for heavy industry projects such as heavy chemical processing, power generation, and new building materials. The development zone has secured over 3,000 mu of land with all government procedures completed. Each functional zone has reserved development space to ensure that the land requirements for every investment project are met.
