Qingdao Optics Valley Software Park is located at the heart of Information Valley, at the intersection of Fuchunjiang Road and Emeishan Road. The initial development phase covers a planned land area of 500 mu, with a planned floor area of 730,000 square meters and a total planned investment of 3 billion yuan. Upon completion, it is expected to create 50,000 new jobs.The park’s architecture is guided by the core concept of “open blocks, dense road networks, horizontal and vertical green axes, and urban plazas.” Zone 1.5, where the main structure has now been topped out, comprises 12 individual buildings, primarily consisting of 3- to 5-story standalone business garden complexes.
