Capitalizing on the policy opportunities arising from the transition between old and new growth drivers, drawing on the experience of leading industrial parks, and leveraging Tieying Town’s advantages in location, transportation, and resources, the park will be developed into an eco-friendly, collaborative, distinctive, and fully-equipped industrial park, with the Northern Chemical Industrial Park serving as its foundation.

The planned park is positioned as an advanced manufacturing demonstration zone within Shandong Province, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, new materials, and energy conservation and environmental protection industries. Centered on the pharmaceutical and chemical new materials sectors of the Leling Chemical Industry Park, the initiative will extend industrial chains, expand industrial clusters, and focus on filling gaps, strengthening, and extending these chains. It will promote the integrated development of a circular economy demonstration park, with a primary focus on the three major industries: pharmaceuticals, new materials, and energy conservation and environmental protection.
