In accordance with the requirements of the District Party Committee and District Government to vigorously advance the “Industrial Strengthening Initiative,” accelerate the transition toward becoming an industrial powerhouse, and build a “High-Quality Hedong,” the Linyi Tangquan Tourism and Resort Zone is implementing a range of measures to expedite the construction of the Light Industry Park.

1. Accelerate planning and design to advance park construction. Based on the industrial positioning, the Linyi Tangquan Tourism Resort has commissioned the China Machinery Group Design Institute to progressively refine the park’s planning and design, with the goal of completing the plans as soon as possible.

2. Optimize industrial layout to expand development space. In accordance with the District Party Committee’s requirements for investment promotion in Tangquan District, and in conjunction with project recruitment efforts, all plots within the park that do not comply with land use planning should be adjusted to the fullest extent possible to maximize available development space.

3. Intensify investment promotion efforts and vigorously develop industries. Accelerate negotiations for cooperation with Ningbo Zhenghe Huiju Information Technology Group and Ningbo Haifu Technology Co., Ltd.; expedite the construction of Linyi’s Fourth Water Treatment Plant; and actively coordinate with Shandong Electric Power Equipment Group’s energy storage power station project to ensure its early implementation.
