Park Overview
The total planned land area of the Guzhenkou Bay District is 13.35 square kilometers, of which 9.31 square kilometers is designated for urban and construction use. The plan calls for the development of a four-tier road system comprising expressways, main roads, secondary roads, and local roads.Key industries to be developed include shipbuilding and offshore engineering, aviation, next-generation information technology, cultural tourism, life sciences and healthcare, military-civilian integration services, and new materials R&D. In accordance with the overarching requirements for coordinating economic and national defense development, the area will prioritize military-civilian integration industries. The goal is to build a military-civilian integration industrial zone characterized by a concentration of leading military and civilian research institutes, efficient and seamless commercialization of military-civilian technological achievements, and vigorous development of high-tech industries.
