The Qingdao International Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park is Shandong Province’s first postdoctoral innovation and commercialization base, jointly established by the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Chengyang District Party Committee and District Government, with support from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The park operates under a three-tiered collaborative mechanism involving provincial, municipal, and district levels. Guided by the vision of “global perspective, domestic leadership, and a benchmark for Shandong,” it has established a comprehensive service system to support young postdoctoral researchers in innovation and entrepreneurship, with the goal of rapidly developing into a model park for the province and the nation.
