The Lian Dong U-Valley · Qingdao High-Tech International Enterprise Port project was signed in July 2014 between Beijing Lian Dong Investment Group and the Qingdao High-Tech Zone Administrative Committee. A wholly-owned subsidiary, Qingdao Lian Dong Jinchen Investment Co., Ltd., was established in the High-Tech Zone to oversee the project’s construction and development. The project covers a total land area of 760 mu, with a planned gross floor area of approximately 760,000 square meters.Positioned as an industrial accelerator, the project aligns with the High-Tech Zone’s industrial priorities. It focuses on attracting high-tech industries such as advanced intelligent manufacturing, offshore engineering equipment R&D, software and information technology, biopharmaceuticals, energy-saving technologies, and new materials, with the aim of establishing a high-end industrial cluster in Qingdao.
