The Shandong Xinyoute Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park is situated at the gateway to Zhoucun’s 100-billion-yuan stainless steel industrial park. Located within Zibo’s “Two Rings and Five Radials” transportation network, it lies east of Jiangmeng Road (Zibo West 17th Road) in Zhoucun, with unimpeded access to major transportation routes. To the east lies the Binlai Expressway; to the west, the Zhoucun stainless steel trade cluster; and to the north, National Highway G309 and the Qingyin Expressway.and to the south by Provincial Highway S102, connecting to Jingshi Road to integrate into the Jinan-Zibo economic integration. The park is situated on the north side of the central road within the Zhoucun Stainless Steel Industry Chain’s High-End Equipment Manufacturing Zone, oriented north-south. All land is classified as Class II industrial land, with environmental impact assessments already completed. The industrial real estate offers a 50-year property rights tenure.
The industrial park adopts a “front-shop, back-factory” locomotive-style design, featuring over 30 three-story mixed-use commercial and residential units built along the park’s roads. The first floor has a 7.2-meter ceiling height, an 8-meter span, and a 10-meter depth; the second and third floors have a 3.6-meter ceiling height. The first and second floors form a single unit, while the third floor serves as a commercial office space. All structures utilize a brick-concrete frame construction.
