The Yantai Industrial Design Industry Empowerment Demonstration Zone comprises three projects developed by Suke High-Tech Yantai, located in the heart of the High-Tech Zone. These projects are the “Suke High-Tech · Yantai Corporate Headquarters Park,” the “Suke High-Tech · Yantai Electronic Information Hub,” and the “Suke High-Tech · Yantai Smart Manufacturing Town.” The projects cover a total land area of approximately 300 mu, with a total investment of about 1.3 billion yuan.
Guided by industrial design principles, the Suke High-Tech Yantai Corporate Headquarters Park attracts regional headquarters for the digital economy and R&D headquarters for digital and intelligent manufacturing. It will form a modern, urban corporate headquarters base integrating R&D, pilot production, exhibition, and sales. Upon full production capacity, it is projected to generate an annual output value of over 340 million yuan and annual tax revenue of over 23 million yuan. By leveraging the existing industrial foundation to form a cluster of corporate headquarters, the project aims to become a benchmark for headquarters bases in the Yantai High-Tech Zone.
The leading industries at Suke High-Tech · Yantai Electronic Information Port include big data, cloud computing, and the manufacturing of electronic information terminal products. Upon full production capacity, it is projected to achieve an annual output value of over 550 million yuan and annual tax revenue of over 44 million yuan.
The leading projects at Suke High-Tech · Yantai Smart Manufacturing Town include smart manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, new materials, and energy conservation and environmental protection. Upon reaching full production capacity, it is projected to generate an annual output value of approximately 370 million yuan and annual tax revenue of over 33 million yuan. The project will be developed into a demonstration zone for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
