The "Innovation and Intelligence Future Industrial Town" project covers a total area of 1,500 mu, with a total investment exceeding 6 billion yuan. The project encompasses a variety of sectors, including the "China Membrane Valley · Membrane Equipment Manufacturing Demonstration Base"—which focuses on the membrane industry—as well as a specialized comprehensive industrial park, commercial facilities, and residential clusters. It is Zibo’s first truly integrated industrial-urban development project.Integrating five major centers—sports, finance, government services, culture, and leisure—the project will create a fully equipped industrial-urban complex. It is planned to feature seven supporting centers: an all-age premium education center, a global shopping mall, a corporate headquarters business center, an international convention and exhibition center, an international cultural and sports center, a resort and wellness center, and a high-end luxury hotel cluster, collectively establishing a new hub for urban development.
