The enterprise has been consistently profitable in the past two years, and its business revenue and profit and tax contribution are higher than the average level of the same industry. Among them, the growth rate of operating income in 2023 is not less than 20%, and the intensity of R&D investment is not lower than the average level of Shandong Province. Industries that are more affected by epidemics can appropriately lower their standards.

(3) The enterprise focuses on "new technology, new industry, new industry, new mode", with strong specialization, active innovation, advanced industry mode and remarkable driving effect. 7. Enterprise credit profile;

8. Enterprise industry leading position, R & D strength, market share, honors at the provincial level and other aspects of the declaration of the content of the relevant materials.

Three, reporting procedures and requirements

(a) Reporting procedures

Counties (cities, districts) Development and Reform Bureau, the municipal development zones, the Economic and Development Bureau to take the lead in organizing the declaration of the enterprise, together with the competent authorities of the industry for the initial examination, strict audit and checking of the merit of the recommendation to report to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. Provincial Development and Reform Commission to seek the views of the relevant departments of the province, commissioned a third-party professional organizations to carry out a comprehensive evaluation, to determine the list of enterprises to be identified and publicized to the community, in accordance with the procedures for the announcement of the identification of the list of enterprises.

(2) Reporting time
