7. Enterprises that meet the key support directions need to provide additional self-certification materials to prove that the enterprise meets the annual key support directions, including and not limited to national and provincial key projects, projects, platforms, honors, awards, and other relevant certificates.
8. If the enterprise belongs to the platform and model innovation enterprises relying on the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, 5G and other industrial and manufacturing fields, it is necessary to provide relevant explanations or certificates.
9. Declaring enterprises with strong innovation ability, standardized management and listing plan within three years (including those which have submitted listing application, entered into tutoring period or included in the provincial key listing tutoring plan) are required to provide relevant certificates, such as the listing tutoring agreement, listing application and documents of key listing tutoring plan.
10. Other information provided by the enterprise.
