In order to conscientiously implement the Xi Jinping new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the Party's twentieth national congress, and to further create a favorable economic and social development environment, according to the needs of the work of the county government, the county government recently cleaned up some of the documents of the county government. The county government decided to abolish two and amend one. Where the abolition of the county government documents, since the date of publication of this decision will cease to be implemented, no longer as the basis for administrative management.

The "Cao County People's Government on the issuance of Cao County Industrial Operation Command Work Program Notice" (Cao Zheng Zi [2023] No. 5) to make the following changes:
(a) the second item of the second paragraph "co-ordination of information resources of the industry and information technology, statistics, taxation, finance and other departments, key enterprises for key monitoring, categorization of the development of Targeted measures to support technological innovation, project construction, industrial cooperation, market development, and to promote steady growth and rapid development of key enterprises." Revised to read: "Coordinate the information resources of industry, statistics, taxation, finance and other departments to monitor industrial enterprises, formulate targeted measures to support technological innovation, project construction, industrial cooperation and market development, and promote steady growth and rapid development of industrial enterprises."
(2) the second item, article 2, paragraph 4, "the establishment of key large-scale backbone enterprises to ensure the operation of the mechanism, the production and operation of enterprises and project construction encountered in the water, electricity and gas transportation, land, financing, import and export problems, supervise the relevant departments to quickly resolve to ensure the smooth operation of the backbone enterprises." Revised to read: "To establish a mechanism to guarantee the operation of industrial enterprises, and to supervise the relevant departments to quickly solve the problems of water, electricity and gas transportation, land use, financing, import and export, etc. encountered in the production and operation of enterprises and the construction of projects, so as to guarantee the smooth operation of industrial enterprises."
(3) the second paragraph of Article 2, paragraph 5, "co-ordinate the promotion of key industrial projects, new investment projects and technological transformation projects to carry out scheduling, urging the relevant departments to speed up the project formalities, to solve the problems of land, energy consumption, environmental protection, etc., and to promote industrial investment projects as soon as possible to start the construction and put into operation to achieve results." Revised to "co-ordinate the promotion of industrial project construction, new investment projects and technological transformation projects to carry out scheduling, urge the relevant departments to speed up the project formalities, to solve the land, energy consumption, environmental protection and other issues, to promote industrial investment projects as soon as possible to start construction, put into operation to achieve results."
