In order to optimize the allocation of land resources market in the county, to promote the upgrading of the industrial and economic structure of the towns and cities, and to strengthen the scientific management of the land resources and land assets, and to further regulate and cultivate the land market, and revitalize the urban stock of land, improve the effectiveness of land use, to ensure that the county's land market and the overall planning of land space to keep pace with the national economy, sustained, rapid and healthy development services.
