Chapter II Formulation of standards

Chapter III Letting by tender

Chapter 4 Supervision and Management

Article XII The project is completed or before the expiration of the period of production, the enterprise shall submit a written application for production review.

Article 14 . Not according to the agreement to implement the project construction and operation, and not timely rectification in place of the implementation of the enterprise credit joint incentives and joint disciplinary system for breach of trust. Chapter V Attachment Rules
Article 16 ; These Measures shall come into force on September 6, 2024, and shall be valid until September 5, 2026.
