Original Title: Notice of the Shandong Provincial Drug Administration on Issuing the Administrative Penalty Discretionary Benchmarks for Drugs, Medical Devices, and Cosmetics in Shandong Province
To the Market Supervision and Administration Bureaus of all cities, all departments of the Provincial Bureau, all inspection branches, and the Bureau of Law Enforcement and Supervision:

The revised “Administrative Penalty Discretionary Benchmarks for Drugs in Shandong Province,” “Administrative Penalty Discretionary Benchmarks for Medical Devices in Shandong Province,” and “Administrative Penalty Discretionary Benchmarks for Cosmetics in Shandong Province” are hereby issued to you for implementation. Should any issues arise during implementation, please promptly report them to the Provincial Bureau.

These guidelines shall take effect on February 1, 2024. The "Notice of the Shandong Provincial Drug Administration on Issuing the Administrative Penalty Discretionary Guidelines for Drugs in Shandong Province" (Lu Yaojian Gui [2021] No. 10),the “Notice of the Shandong Provincial Drug Administration on Issuing the Shandong Provincial Administrative Penalty Discretionary Benchmarks for Medical Devices” (Lu Yaojian Gui [2021] No. 6), and the “Notice of the Shandong Provincial Drug Administration on Issuing the Shandong Provincial Administrative Penalty Discretionary Benchmarks for Cosmetics” (Lu Yaojian Gui [2020] No. 8) are hereby repealed.
