I, improve the management mechanism of vocational education

(a) Strengthen the overall leadership of the Party. Coordinate the adjustment of professional settings, based on the development of local industries, encourage schools to open new professions that are urgently needed by the local community and shortage of professions, optimize and upgrade traditional professions, and withdraw and integrate professions with low employment rates. Coordinate the co-construction and sharing of resources, build a pluralistic school-running pattern with coordinated management by the government, active organization by industrial enterprises and in-depth participation by social forces, break the boundaries between types of schools and segmentation, and intensively utilize vocational education resources. Implement the action of improving the quality and excellence of vocational schools, relying on the Zhongde Rheinland Intelligent Technology School, giving full play to its three major features of "Sino-German cooperation, intellectual innovation, and integration of industry and education", adopting the operation mode of "industrial school + teaching factory + industrial park", and committing to building an "industry-empowered education - industrial park".
