The relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Scope of implementation

Local government departments announced the "mu-yield efficiency" evaluation of reforms are included in category D (restricted development category, the same below) enterprises.

(a) differentiated tariffs

For enterprises in the region included in category D of the "mu-yield efficiency" evaluation reform, the price of gas to implement an annual incremental increase in price policy, that is: the first year included in category D, the price of gas in the current settlement price on the basis of an increase of 1 yuan per cubic meter, two consecutive years included in category D, an increase of 2 yuan per cubic meter; for three consecutive years and above, an increase of 2 yuan per cubic meter. For three or more consecutive years, the price will be increased by RMB 3 yuan per cubic meter.

Three, other matters
