Article 15 Patent Awards

Chapter IV Declaration Management and Supervision

Article 20 The use of other intellectual property rights, services, patent rights assistance funding and other project management, the Ministry of Development and Environmental Protection of the Hi-tech Zone to organize the declaration, audit, organization of expert review, the implementation of project contract management.
Article 21 For the same project in the same selection year, at the same time won the national or provincial municipal patent awards or grants, according to the principle of higher not repeated enjoyment.
Article 22 The units and individuals applying for funds should provide authentic materials, and the Department of Development, Environment and Security is responsible for auditing the authenticity of the declared materials, and performance management of the use of funds.
Article 23 The units receiving financial support should strengthen the management of funds, implement dedicated funds, independent accounting, to ensure that the maximum benefit.
Article 24 The fraudulent, retained, misappropriated, crowded, fraudulent funds and other acts, in accordance with the "Budget Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on Punishment and Sanctions for Fiscal Violations," and other relevant provisions to deal with.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 25 These Measures shall be interpreted by the Department of Development Environment and Security of Hi-tech Zone.
Article 26 These Measures shall come into force on January 1, 2023, and shall be valid until December 31, 2024.
