Chapter II  Basic Conditions

The new products referred to in this item refer to the products developed and listed by enterprises in the past three years and cannot be categorized into the "Product Classification Catalog for Statistics" of the National Bureau of Statistics of the People's Republic of China.

(ii) Market share leadership. In the relevant product market segments, has a strong market position and high market share, the market share of a single product ranks among the top 10 in the country or the province's top 3, and the city's first.

(d) Good quality and efficiency. Good business performance, profit margins higher than the average level of the same industry over the same period, and good market prospects. (e) focus on supporting the key direction of the industrial foundation project in line with the key basic materials, core components, specialized high-end products, as well as the development of the relevant business areas of technical standards. (ix) The declaring unit can choose to declare Yantai City manufacturing single champion demonstration enterprises or single champion products based on their own conditions. Declare single champion demonstration enterprises, declared product sales revenue shall account for more than 70% of the enterprise's main business income; declared single champion product, a declaration can only be a product, the main product sales revenue ratio is not required, and other single champion enterprise declaration requirements are the same.

Chapter III  Recognition of the program

Article 7  Yantai City, manufacturing single champion selection and recognition of the work in principle once a year. The Declaration Notice shall specify the declaration conditions, acceptance time, review materials and selection procedures for single champions. Article VIII  The district and city departments in charge of industry and information technology in accordance with this approach to the review of the material is complete, compliance and validity of the form of audit, recommended eligible manufacturing enterprises, and recommended documents and application materials reported to the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.

Article IX  Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau to organize experts to review the application materials, put forward the audit opinion, the expert group that it is necessary, you can arrange on-site verification. Article 10 No objections or verified objections are not established, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology awarded the "Yantai City Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprises (Products)" title, and announced to the community.

Article XI  Yantai City, the manufacturing industry single champion enterprises (products) priority recommended to declare the provincial manufacturing industry single champion enterprises (products).

Chapter IV  Management and Service

Article 12  The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology to establish the Yantai City manufacturing single champion enterprise library (hereinafter referred to as the single champion enterprise library), will be awarded the municipal manufacturing single champion of the enterprise into the single champion enterprise library management, to be focused on supporting the development. The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology regularly pushes the list of enterprises in the Single Champion Enterprise Pool to the municipal governments of each district, and together with the competent departments of industry and information technology of each district and city, they will give priority to support in industrial technological reform, technological innovation, and major special projects.

Article 13 of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Yantai City, the implementation of dynamic management of enterprises that have been awarded the title of Yantai City Manufacturing Single Champion, and organize a review every three years.

Article XIV  The district and city departments in charge of industry and information technology in accordance with this approach to organize the Yantai City manufacturing enterprises to carry out the title of single champion review work. Review conditions and procedures with reference to the selection and recognition of conditions and procedures.

Article 15 In one of the following cases, the title of Yantai City Manufacturing Single Champion will be canceled:

(a) failure to participate in the review;

(b) the review results for the unqualified;

(c) where the enterprise itself asked to be withdrawn;

(d) falsification, violation of the relevant provisions of the law or illegal behavior;

(e) the enterprise will be canceled;

(f) the enterprise will be canceled;

(g)the company will be canceled;

(h)the company will be canceled.

(v) The enterprise in which it is located is terminated or canceled by law.

If the title of Yantai Manufacturing Individual Champion is revoked due to the reason of Article 15 (1) (2) (3), the company shall not reapply for municipal recognition within two years.

The title of Yantai Manufacturing Single Champion was revoked for the reason of Article 15 (4), and shall not re-apply for municipal recognition within four years.

Article XVI  The Yantai City manufacturing single champion title of the enterprise name change, reorganization and other major adjustments should be handled in the relevant procedures within 30 working days after the relevant information through the district and city departments of industry and information technology reported to the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology for the record.

Article XVII The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology shall announce the adjustment and revocation of the Yantai City Manufacturing Industry Single Champion.

Chapter V  Attachment Rules

Article 18  This approach is responsible for the interpretation of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.

Article 19  These Measures shall be implemented from April 14, 2023 and shall be valid for two years.
