I. Scope of Application

Article XII: Support for Enterprises Attracting Talents

Foreign high-level management and professional and technical talents invited by enterprises in high-tech zones may apply for corresponding visas for multiple times over the years in accordance with the regulations; foreign talents working in enterprises in high-tech zones may apply for residence permits for less than 5 years in accordance with the regulations. Foreign talents introduced by employers in the field of high-tech, foreign skilled talents and foreign talents in line with the direction of industrial development, in line with the relevant provisions, can appropriately relax the restrictions on age, education and work experience, and extend the work permit for a period of up to five years according to the contract. Article 23 If there is any inconsistency with other incentive policies issued by Hi-tech Zone before the implementation of this policy, this policy shall prevail.
