Article 4  Yantai City Market Supervision Administration is responsible for the Yantai City, intellectual property rights advantage of enterprise identification and management. Market Supervision Bureau of Yantai City is responsible for the cultivation of intellectual property advantageous enterprises recommended work.

Article 5  The management of intellectual property advantageous enterprises in Yantai City, including the identification of "Yantai City, intellectual property advantageous cultivation of enterprises" and "Yantai City, intellectual property advantageous enterprises" two stages.

Article VI  Yantai City Intellectual Property Advantage Cultivation Enterprises reporting conditions:

There is a relatively stable access to intellectual property rights, with an effective invention patent 1 (including 1) or more, or with a cumulative number of effective patents 5 (including 5) or more, and patented technology in its products (methods) to be applied, excluding the assignment of patents;    

belongs to the strategic emerging industries field, has applied for invention patents in 3 (including 3) or more, and has been published.

(d) No record of jeopardizing public interest and bad credit, or cases of intellectual property rights violations within two years.

(v) Not selected in the pre-cultivation sequence.

Article VII Yantai Intellectual Property Advantage Cultivation Enterprises Declaration and Evaluation

(a) Enterprises fill out the "Yantai Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises Cultivation Declaration", clear cultivation plan, objectives, with supporting materials, and according to the requirements of the declaration of the materials submitted to the district and municipal market supervision administration, district and municipal market supervision administration according to the initial conditions of the selection of the best to be reported to the Municipal Market Supervision Administration. Central and provincial enterprises in smoke and municipal enterprises reported directly to the Municipal Market Supervision Administration.

(3) Enterprises scoring more than 90 points in the Evaluation Indicator System of Yantai Intellectual Property Advantageous Enterprises, or enterprises with a score ratio of 80% or more for the first level indicator and a total score of 70 points or more. The evaluation index system can be adjusted appropriately according to the development situation of the current year and announced to the community in a timely manner.

Article IX  Yantai Intellectual Property Advantageous Enterprises Declaration and Evaluation

Yantai Intellectual Property Advantageous Cultivation Enterprises can be identified according to the requirements of the current year's notice to apply for recognition, fill out the "Yantai Intellectual Property Advantageous Enterprises Declaration" "Yantai Intellectual Property Advantageous Enterprises Evaluation Indicator System" scoring table, submit "Enterprise Intellectual Property Advantageous Cultivation Report", with relevant supporting materials to the municipal market. Attach relevant supporting materials to the Municipal Market Supervision Administration.

The Municipal Market Supervision Administration organizes relevant experts and departments to review the application for recognition of enterprises based on this method in combination with the "Yantai Intellectual Property Advantageous Enterprises Evaluation Indicator System" by combining written review and on-site verification. According to the results of the evaluation of the year to be identified as "Yantai City intellectual property advantageous enterprises" list, reported to the Yantai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau of the party group will be finalized, and will be finalized by the list of publicity to the community for five working days. Article X  Support policies

Article XI  Organization and supervision

Article XII  This approach is responsible for the interpretation of the Yantai Municipal Market Supervision Administration.
